Membership Is How We Do Things Differently
Haircut and color services are reserved for active members only. All new members begin with a Menopause Hair & Scalp Blueprint consultation ($149) before their first service appointment. All memberships require a 3-month initial commitment, then continue month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
Foundation
Best for: Women who want consistent specialist access, scalp support, and the privilege of maintaining their hair with us.
Scalp Sanctuary
Best for: Women experiencing scalp discomfort, shedding, dryness, product buildup, or menopausal hair changes who want monthly professional maintenance.
Color Continuity
Best for: Members who maintain gray coverage, gray blending, shadow roots, or partial highlights on a consistent schedule.
Member Add-On
Growth Serum Add-Ons
Members can add a professional growth serum to any Scalp Sanctuary Treatment. We apply it in-studio at the end of your treatment, while the scalp is clean, warm, and most receptive. Which one you need depends on what your scalp is actually doing — we'll talk it through in the chair.

Growth Factor
A clinical growth factor serum for women who want the strongest in-studio support for thinning and hormone-related shedding.
Growth serums are added at your appointment and billed separately from your monthly membership. Tell us when you book, or decide in the chair after your scalp check.
Color Bank Rules
The $100 monthly color bank applies only to approved recurring maintenance services: root touch-up, gloss/toner, gray blending, shadow root, or partial maintenance highlight. It does not cover color corrections, major lightening, vivid color, dramatic transformations, extensions, or extra product/time beyond the standard maintenance appointment. Any amount exceeding the $100 credit is paid at the appointment. Unused credit rolls over for up to 60 days, capped at $200.
